It typically takes 2 to 3 days to build the memorial webpage. After the page is ready, we require an additional 5 days to prepare the package, which includes the QR code and contactless card, ensuring everything is perfect for you.
The cost of creating a memorial page with Legacy Link is £100 for a lifetime subscription. This fee covers the creation of the webpage and all associated materials, with no hidden or additional costs.
Yes, you can create more than one memorial page linked to the same QR code in the future. This allows all the memorials to be conveniently accessed in one place without the need for multiple QR codes.
Updating or adding content to the memorial page is simple. You can contact our support team, and we will assist you in making any changes or additions to keep the memory of your loved one alive and current.
If the QR code or contactless card is lost or damaged, you can contact us, and we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. Your loved one’s memory will always remain accessible, and we are committed to ensuring you have the means to honor them.
